Procrastination habit




Procrastination is a challenge we have all faced at one point or another.For as long as humans have been around,we have been struggling with delaying, avoiding and procrastinating on issues that matter to us.
In this post, I'm giving 7 habits we generally do that tell us that we are procrastinator -
.
1. Feeling overwhelmed with a situations.












2. Given up hope that a situation can be changed or affected.












3. Afraid of failing.












4. Too busy to get the really important things done.












5. Can't make a decision.












6. Overworked, Tired.












7. Want to avoid work you don't like.












For making this post, the book "Procrastination, How to overcome procrastination and start doing what truly matters" by BRIAN MITCHELL; inspired me a lot. I hope you all like it.
